How long does production take?
Turnaround depends on the product and quantity. Most standard orders ship or are ready for pickup within 5-10 business days after design approval. Rush timelines are available — just ask.
What file formats do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for clean, scalable output. High-resolution raster files (300 dpi or higher) are accepted for photo-based work. Not sure about your files? Send them over — we'll let you know what's usable.
Are there minimum order quantities?
It depends on the product. Stickers and apparel typically have small minimums (as low as 1-24 pieces depending on the item). Signs and large-format prints can often be done as single pieces. Reach out with your specifics and we'll confirm.
Do you serve clients outside of Florida?
Yes. While Allie Rooks is based in Florida, finished products can be shipped nationwide. Local clients in Florida can also arrange pickup or local delivery.
Can you design something if I don't have artwork ready?
Absolutely. If you need design work before production, that's handled through The Studio. You can start there and move seamlessly into production, or mention it when you fill out the project form and we'll scope it together.
